There have been numerous changes and improvements incorporated into the Go-Anywhere Handicap Shower Chairs since the videotaping of the following footage back in the autumn of 2006. In terms of functionality and appearance, most of what is depicted in this footage is still applicable to our handicap shower chairs. As you watch these clips, however, please note the following changes have been made (you may see these improvements in detail by clicking on the “More Pics” tab):


  • The plastic carrying case and separate luggage caddy has been replaced with a custom foam-padded vinyl bag with built-in wheels and retractable pull handle.
  • Improved comfort provided by the addition of a rounded seatback;
  • A new hinge design provides for additional safety and stability.
  • Assembly, disassembly and operation functions have been simplified as a result of the following:
  • “Flip-back” armrests which are now part of the seat assembly which requires no assembly;
  • Simplified glides with sealed, stainless-steel bearings resulting in nearly effortless transfer along the track;
  • 5” precision casters manufactured by the leader in caster design;
  • “Drop-in” footrest;
  • Simplified bridge
